Established in 1997, Total Body Engineering Private Fitness Training is the culmination of literally hundreds of clients running the full spectrum of fitness levels. Specifically geared for one-on-one and small group training, Total Body Engineering was created for the individual who wants to get in better shape, but is intimidated to join a regular gym.
Brett Parker, owner of Total Body Engineering, was educated at Northeastern University in Sports Medicine. Brett takes the principles of injury rehabilitation protocol and applies them to the weight room to create the safest, yet most effective workouts for his clients.
