30/30 FITNESS CLASS
30 minutes of high intensity cardio:
- 10 minutes: high intensity calisthenics
- 10 minutes: high intensity plyometrics
- 10 minutes: abs and core work
30 minutes of circuit weight training
2 cycles of complete body training
- Legs: squats, lunges, leg curls
- Back: pull ups, narrow grip rows, pullovers
- Chest: incline, dips, crossovers
- Shoulders: rear flyes, lateral flyes
- Arms: hammer curls, triceps pushdowns, 1 1/2 curls
Class Cost: $25 per person per class
Class Schedule: 10am-11am-12pm: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

TOTAL BODY CARDIO CLASS
50 minutes of exercise:
- 10 minutes warm up / yoga / stretching
- 20 minutes plyometrics
- 10 cardio kickboxing drills
- 10 minutes ab / core work
Class Cost: $40 month
Class Schedule:
- Monday Wednesday Friday: 6-8am, 3-6pm
- Tuesday Thursday: 6-8am 3-5pm
- Saturday: 9am-12pm
